		Participation Fee Category Type Unit Price Explanation Space Only 3 x 3m = 9㎡ US $1,700 per booth - only comprises the floor space of the exhibition Shell Stand Package 3 x 3m = 9㎡ US $2,000 per booth - side and rear walls - carpeting, fascia board - an information desk and a chair - spot lights (4ea.), a fluorescent lamp - electricity supply for spot lights and fluorescent lamp * Additional display, electrical installation and other services are not included - but may be served at the exhibitor’s expense. ** Participation fee includes display space, daily cleaning of aisles, - 3 copies of the exhibitor’s catalogue and free guest tickets. *** Shell stand picture           Payment     ■ 50% deposit of the total participation fee is payable at the time of application -- by the exhibitor and the balance should be paid by April 28th, 2006.     ■ Payment for participation fee in US dollars should be made by bank transfer -- (Telegraphic Transfer) to:     Beneficiary COEX Co., Ltd Account No. 342-05-042468 Bank Shinhan Bank Trade Center Branch.           Space Assignment     Space assignment will be made around the middle of May 2006 based on the order of deposit receipt. However, according to the exhibits and space requirements, the organizer reserves the right to change the space allocated to the exhibitors.           Exhibit Handling     To coordinate the movement of all exhibits and other properties consigned to the Exhibition, all lifting, handling and custom clearance on site must be undertaken only by the official companies designated by TEAWORLD 2006 Secretariat. The official companies will be listed on the Exhibitors Manual.           Bonded Area     The exhibition hall will be declared as a Bonded Area for the display of exhibits.           Shipping Documentation     The notifying party should be one of the forwarding companies and the Consignee should be the exhibitor himself or its agent in Korea on all shipping documents. The final destination of the exhibits and exhibition materials is 159 Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 135-731, Korea. And attention should be labeled on the cases and documents that the goods are for TEA WORLD 2006.
